A montage of a bedroom featuring a clock on a dresser that reads 7.55am. In a bed in another room two dolls and a toy monkey while in a basket on the floor nearby a large teddy bear.
Trisha, David and Michelle Foreman asleep together in one bed. They begin to wake up eventually getting out of bed excitedly. Downstairs they sit around a small table eating toast and drinking glasses of milk.
Wearing smart clothes each of the children individually race along the hallway of the family room and head upstairs. In a smaller room the children play with David playing with his collection of toy vehicles and the girls a dolls house. A cot nearby with Michelle attempting to place one of her dolls into it.
In another room the children undress in readiness for a bath. David gets in first and is joined by his sisters, the play happily together.
The film ends on the three children now back in bed again reading books and smiling at the camera. On a bedside table the clock again now reading 6.57pm.
