Title - St Mary’s Fayre July 4th  Cameramen: H Haigh, D Leather The film begins showing the stall holders getting ready for the start of the Fayre.  A line of people watch as a man makes speech, behind which is a road sign for Bradfield 4 ½ miles.  Two men emerge in Elizabethan costume and address the crowd for a small comic theatrical performance.  A stall is selling balloons with labels attached which are set loose up into the air.  Girls walk around in historic costume selling items from trays.  A woman has a pram with triplets in it.  A brass band entertains as people have a go at a coconut shy.  There are other games, and children in fancy dress watched over by the police.  In the church people have tea, while cakes are on sale outside.  One man has a pint of beer.  Children walk around with balloons and eat ice cream.  Four teenage girls walk past eating lollipops.
