The film then shows Lendle Bridge and a plaque for 'The Mount School'. Inside a school there is a meeting, as traffic moves along Bootham. A group of people are gathered outside a concrete building, whilst inside there is a large meeting with several speaker, possibly giving out school prizes. A cartoon is shown for training dogs for the blind, followed by a poster advertising a Bootham School sponsored parachute jump to raise money for guide dogs. A senior school pupil addresses the meeting. The film shows the school and school grounds, and then shows a cricket match at the school. A long haired fast bowler is bowling from one end. Each time the score goes up an elderly gentleman goes over and changes the scoreboard. Some elderly men sit on a bench watching.
There is an exhibition of school history, with old photos, being displayed in an outbuilding. There is a re-union dinner with guests of all ages chatting as they sit at long tables. More speakers address the meeting. Plans are shown for the building of new squash courts. More of the school grounds are shown, and some school students are messing about on a computer. At Friends Meeting House there is an exhibition. Back at the school the re-union guests chat near the tennis courts, while some girls play croquet. Tea and cakes are served. The film finishes with the view of York Cathedral with which it started.
