The film opens with the young girl, Enid, sitting at a table painting a plaster model; spread out around her are lots of other completed models. She finishes the model, puts her paint brush into a jar, and then closes all of the paint pots. She gathers the jar of brushes, the models and the paints, and puts them all onto a tray. The film opens with the young girl, Enid, sitting at a table painting a plaster model; spread out around her are lots of other completed models. She finishes the model, puts her paint brush into a jar, and then closes all of the paint pots. She gathers the jar of brushes, the models and the paints, and puts them all onto a tray. Then she puts all of the models onto another tray and brings them out of the room. In the following section Enid and an older woman walk into the garden; the woman sets up a small table and Enid brings her tray of models over to it and sets them up. She puts a sign beside them giving the price of the plaster models. She then walks down the garden path placing garden gnomes at intervals. In the next section, the camera is in a bedroom window, looking down onto the garden which is now full of women and young girls. In the next shot, Enid is selling her plaster models to a crowd of young girls. They point to the one they want, she gives it to them along with their change. She has also set up a small coconut shy-style game, where girls are trying to knock down little wooden dolls.
