On a residential street, the clapped board is snapped and the scene shows two policemen moving in to rescue children from a van about to set off. The scene is repeated several times. A close up shot then captures the policeman talking to the child, before taking them home. The next shot captures a mounted officer patrolling the crowds outside Hillsborough stadium, Sheffield. Inside the stadium, officers are shown guarding the pitch with the stands in the background. The filmmaker attempts several close ups of a guarding officer, before the Sheffield Wednesday team enter the pitch. The next scene shows a police car driving round a roundabout with its hazard lights on as it escorts a large industrial truck which follows. The next shot shows the truck having difficulty moving below a low bridge. The next shot captures a police car pulling alongside a truck. A female officer exits the vehicle and asks a lady in a red coat to step out the truck's cab. She then asks the woman several questions, jotting down notes in a pad as she does so. Title - Stand out from the crowd. On the banks of a river, a canine patrol officer leads a dog to a building and opens the window for the dog to jump in. A shot captures the exterior of an office building, quite possibly a police headquarters. Two officers are then shown walking down a street. The next shot shows a lollipop man ushering group of school children across a road. A young girl leads a large white dog into a police station, where an officer takes the dog into a back room. The following sequence shows an officer talking at a radio as the dog is lead in by the initial officer. A female typist then sits at a desk making notes and there is a close up of a machine with a spinning disk, which lies on the table next to the type writer.
