Two young girls walk in a garden. Intertitle: "From late April to mid May, the Tulip vies with the flowering trees". The girls sit on a bench with a woman between them in a park. Various people walk by them. There are lots of flowers behind them. There are views of gnomes, blossoms and more flowers. Intertitle: "Tulip time in Lincolnshire - a memorable sight for visitors". A sign reads: "Thy word if truth. Remember thy creator". It features a picture of a Bible laid in a field of tulips with a church in the background. Another sign, set up in a tulip patch, is for "Broad Street Methodist Church", with "Rev. H.G.Lemmon". Cars drive towards the camera with garlands of flowers attached. Their registrations are: "DEE 878", "FXR 918". The second one has a flag on the front which has printed on it: "Miss Tulip Land". Miss Tulip Land gets out of the vehicle wearing a white dress. There are fields of different coloured tulips. Intertitle: "The vast range of Tulips make them ideal subjects for formal beds". The camera looks at plots of flowers in the town centre. People walk about near them. A woman stands smiling, hold the branch of a blossoming tree. This is followed by further shots of flowers and gardens. Intertitle: "Choice of Tulips.
