Three bridesmaids and two groomsmen stand in an archway of a church. The women hold bouquets and wear either tiaras or flowers in their hair.
Guests for the wedding arrive. Many of the women wear a feather in their hair. The bride steps out of her car. She wears a long sleeved dress with a white veil, and carries a large bouquet. She is positioned under the archway for a photo. She stands with the groom and they look at each other and smile. They stand with the bridesmaids and groomsmen from before. The couple's arms are linked. Then they stand with each of their parents. One of the mothers waves to the camera.
After the ceremony, the couple walk out of the church, the man's jacket visibly covered in rice. Their car pulls away, registration: "TE 7164". A woman stands on the street corner, watching.
There is still a crowd at the church. A man carries a little girl. Everyone is smiling. They are shown then walking down the street.
The wedding cake has three tiers and is adorned with small, decorative horse shoes. There are flowers on top.
The bride gets into her car again, assisted by a woman who holds her long dress. They drive away. There are then more posed shots of the bridesmaids, parents, and shots of the crowd.
At a train station, the bride has changed into regular clothes. Everyone showers her in rice. A window on the platform has written on it "2d pie now £4". She stands in front of a sign, partially obscured, that says "Just married", "Trevor" (Trevor Foster, player for Bradford N. married to Jean Unsworth in 1949). The couple look out of the train window. The bride leans out to kiss one woman goodbye. They wave as the train pulls away.
