From across the street the film shows the Methodist Church in Beighton and the hall next to it where dancing is held on a Monday afternoon. Inside the hall an elderly group are dancing. After the first set of dancing Mrs Wilkinson asks everyone to take the floor for a Broadway quick step, then on to a slow version of 'Roses of Picardy'.
Mrs Wilkinson calls for people to take their partners for a tango, after which they stop for a tea break, before more dancing. Mrs Wilkinson states that they will finish with the 'Forget me not waltz' (in fact 'There Goes My Everything '). At the end everyone leaves.
