The film opens with a shot taken from above looking down onto a building site. A cement mixer is lowered onto the site and a builder on the ground guides it down. The camera moves to the left and some walls, which are under construction, can be seen, as well as some builders walking on the scaffolding.
The next shot is taken from even higher up and takes in the entire construction site.
