The film begins outside Hillsborough Stadium just before a World Cup game. Fans are queuing up and buying rosettes. A sign warns of pickpockets. Rosettes and signs show West Germany v Uruguay. A man walks by dressed in red and carrying a guitar and banner. Outside is the coach for the West German team. Inside there is a parade of a military band. As the teams come out, the crowd waves many West German flags. Highlights of the game show Uruguay on the attack, and the electronic scoreboard brings up the latest score at Goodison Park, Portugal 2 North Korea 3. This is followed by 'Wembley, play re-started after crowd invade pitch'. There is another parade at half time with West Germany leading by one goal. After a short clip of the second half, the film comes to an ends.
