Title - Good Luck (This title card includes an animated image of a chimney sweep which winks at the camera.)
The film opens with a shot of the church and the church sign. Church bells and music are playing in the background. A group of people greet each other, shaking hands. More guests arrive and enter the church. Many of the women are wearing hats, and all guests are dressed in smart suits and dresses, typical fashions for the time. Many of the guests make their way inside, including the groom, while a few others stay outside to smoke a cigarette. There are also people taking pictures as the guests arrive.
The bride arrives at the church and is escorted from the car up the steps to the entranceway of the church. She is dressed in a soft yellow skirt suit. Holding her bouquet, she stops to pose for pictures before entering the church. There is a brief shot of the car in which the bride arrived. It is decorated with ribbon for the special occasion.
Exterior shots of the church are accompanied by the music of a church hymn. This is followed by a brief scene inside the church during the wedding recessional. The bride and groom walk down the aisle at the end of the ceremony, and outside the church, they pose for pictures along with other members of the wedding party. Guests line up on the pavement outside the church and throw bunches of confetti on the newlyweds as they enter the car. There is a close-up of the couple, taken from the opposite passenger side window, as they enter the car.
Sign - Stable court
Guests arrive at the reception venue. Many of them stand around the courtyard where there is a waitress serving drinks from a tray. There is a statue in the middle of the courtyard. The bride chats to many of her guests, and there are close-up shots of many of those in attendance. One of the guests presents the bride with a small chimney sweep for good luck.
The film closes with footage of the wedding party who stand together and pose for a number of photographs.
