A rowing crew lift their boat onto the River Severn and race several other crews on the river. They go under a walking bridge and are being filmed by one of the spectators. As they go past, a crossing boat moves off being pulled on a rope. The crew land at where they set out and disembark, carrying their oars off before lifting the boat out.
