Title: Joy
31/52
As Isaac walks along a woodland path, he smiles and does a joyful skip while talking in voiceover about the importance of having joy in really hard moments and how laughter in infectious.
Looking at his mobile phone he watches a clip from the Tom Hank’s comedy ‘Big’ and explains why this film is important to him. As he continues his walk he talks about how to create joy in your life by being open and vulnerable to others. He comes to take a seat on a bench and as he stares into the camera he begins to laugh.
As Isaac walks across a field, he comes through a gate resting against a wooden fence, over him a rainbow. He talks about how it is sad that people get lost in their own mind and how laughter and joy can lift them up and help them face their challenges. Again, he attempts to smile at the camera but breaks into laughter.
Title: “Within out battles, there’s an opportunity for joy to step in and bring strength.” Isaac
