Title: Connection
29/52
In the dark Rob dressed in hiking gear and wearing a torch on his head staring at the camera. As he goes for a hike across a moorland hillside that overlooks a town lit up below, he talks in voiceover about his mental breakdown. As he continues the hike he talks about the number of men who die by suicide each day and why he understanding their pain having strayed from the path.
As he crosses over a stream, he talks about masculinity and how it is okay for men to talk about their emotions as it will help them get back onto the path. He talks about his own recovery being painful, but he is glad it happened and about the support he received. As he stops and looks down on the town below, he talks about how people are designed to be connected to loved ones, to friends and to a community fellowship.
Title: “We are designed for connection, and for that we need to be vulnerable.” Rob
