As Poppy comes to her bedroom window, she explains how football has always been a part of her life. A clip from a home movie featuring a younger Poppy playing football changes to her putting on a pair of football boots. A photograph of Rob, one of her coaches, with her talking about how he helped her get into the sport. More home movie footage of Poppy play football as part of a team.
As Poppy walks out onto a football pitch with a smile, she talks in voiceover about why she loves the game so much. As the girls are put through a training session by their coach, Poppy talks about the incredible friends she has made and how they make her feel loved and happy. As the practice session continues Poppy talks about the good feels she gets from being in a team surrounded by people who want to help and encourage her.
A football match featuring Poppy’s with her talking in voiceover about the importance of being part of a team. At the end of the match the team spray the coach’s hair with Poppy talking about what she has learned from being part of a team. They all pose together holding trophies after which they stand together with the sun setting behind them.
