In a recording studio musician Luke sits and playing a grand piano followed by a guitar talking in voiceover about his creative process and finding a piece of music to connect with. Sitting at computer he works on a composition with the music he has created appearing as soundwaves on the screen. Again, in voiceover he talks about the importance of showing up each day to work as inspiration, he explains, shows up when you show up.
Back at the piano Luke performs again.
