A boy, possibly Richard, sits on a chair while he eats an apple whilst a woman sits on a swinging deckchair. A group of people outside the house get into a car. Outside a large building, a trophy is being presented. The film switches to people lined up around a swimming pool, before returning to the people milling around outside a house, at Hollin Park Mount, admiring the flowers. The film closes with some kind of ceremony where a crowd of people applaud.
