Part of the Freeman collection, this is a short film about a boy who does his chores around the house in order to get enough pocket money to buy his father a gift.  Title – Omega Films Presents Remember, Remember… There is a shot of a bonfire followed by a calendar clock on the kitchen countertop.  A boy walks into the house, picks up calendar clock, and sits down at the table.  He then hovers the living room, washes the outside windows with the aid of a ladder, digs soil in the garden, and washes the car.  After all his chores are complete, the boy is given pocket money.  He leaves the house and goes down the street to the corner shop.  Later, the boy comes out with a package and runs home.  He presents his father with a box from the shop (possibly fireworks.)  His father opens it, but looks disappointed.
