Description Part of the Hattersley Collection, this is a short film which was taken during a ski trip to Cairngorms, Scotland in 1964.
The film opens with a tracking shot taken from a car which shows the mountains which the car passes. The car then approaches the ski resort where the family will stay. Many cars are driving up along the winding road.
At the resort we see children, possibly the filmmaker's, and adults skiing on an expansive slope. The son pulls up in front of the camera and poses. The film closes with more shots of people skiing then concentrating on one man zigzagging his way to the camera.
