Title - 1963 - Clumber Park.
The film begins with a small boy and girl playing by some trees in Clumber Park. Several parked cars are nearby.
Intertitle: 'Hathersage'
A small girl is fishing in a stream with a net before being joined by her mother and small brother. The family then sits on the grass to have a picnic. They look at some peacocks, and then the children have a ride on a playground rocking horse and a boat.
Intertitle: 'Bridlington'
Some children are on the beach, riding donkeys and playing by the sea edge. The family has a picnic on the beach. The children play and get on a toy giraffe.
Intertitle: 'Home'
A small boy plays with a foot pump, and a young girl, with a cat in her lap, sits on a blanket in the garden. The family have a picnic in the countryside, and the small boy climbs a broken tree stump.
Intertitle: 'Bakewell'
Two girls and a boy wade in a river.
Intertitle: 'Hopton'
A woman walks along a path with a girl on a bicycle, and then two girls and a boy are in a paddling boat with mother looking on. Later, they play on some grass.
Intertitle: 'The Broads'
The family enjoy a ride on a small motor boat over a wide expanse of water. Back at the beach, a boy and girl build a sandcastle and paddle by the sea.
Intertitle: 'Yarmouth'
The funfair of the 'Pleasure Beach' with 'Botton Bros' can be seen at sunset. There is a merry-go-round and a helter-skelter. The two sisters and brother are on a fair train ride. On the beach again, the children play with their father. A sign shows the 'Ponderosa' and the children are led around on horses, and then out into the countryside. The family sit around a table eating. The children are in a park playground on a roundabout, a see-saw, and an 'umbrella' roundabout. Next to the playground area, the family are sat at a table outside 'The Hut Hotel' having a drink.
In the next scene, the children play on the side of a cliff, and then back to the seaside again where they can be seen playing on the beach.
Intertitle: 'Gorleston'
The children are on horses being led along the seafront.
Intertitle: 'Christmas'
The children unwrap their presents underneath the Christmas tree. The boy wears a cowboy hat and has a gun and a Hornby 'O' gauge clockwork train. In the background is a typical early 1960s television, wallpaper, and curtains. The girls have got their own desks and spinning chairs. The family sits at the dinner table with mince pies and Christmas crackers. An ice skating programme is being broadcast on the TV on in the background. The children put on the paper hats from the crackers.
