In the studio Fred outlines the content of the programme, which includes the completion of the second semi-final of the pro-celebrity pairs, and the first semi-final of the professionals’ singles competition.
The pro-celebrity match continues from where it left off in last week’s programme with Eric Bristow and Freddie Trueman leading John Lowe and Liz Fraser. The second leg start with John Lowe throwing the first dart; Dave Lanning commentates. Eric Bristow follows then Liz Fraser and Fred Trueman. John Lowe wins the second leg for his team and the audience applaud. The third leg starts with Eric Bristow followed by John Lowe, Fred Trueman and Liz Fraser. John Lowe score a maximum of 180 which translates to £180.00 won in prize money. John Lowe wins the third leg and starts the fourth followed by Eric Bristow, Liz Fraser and Fred Trueman. John Lowe wins the match with his dart and a place in the final.
The programme goes back to Fred Dinenage in the studio, who says the favourites have been defeated, Eric Bristow and Fred Trueman. John and Liz face Cliff Lazarenko and Welshman Phil Bennett in the final which will feature in two weeks’ time. Fred explains that following the advert break Cliff Lazarenko will be in action in the first professional singles semi-final facing Welsh professional Leighton Rees.

Fred Dinenage from the studio introduces the first semi-final in the professional’s singles match.
The match is at the stage where Leighton Rees has won the first leg. Dave Lanning accompanied by John Lowe commentate during the match. Leighton Rees starts the second leg and wins it, the audience applaud. The second set follows, and Leighton Rees has the first throw and Leighton Rees wins the first leg of this set. Cliff Lazarenko starts the second leg. Leighton Rees score 180 and wins the same in prize money he also goes on to win the match.
Back in the studio Fred Dinenage closes the programme, with Leighton Rees now in the professional singles final where he will meet the winner of the other semi-final which will be either Eric Bristow or the American Nicky Virachkul. This match will be shown in the next programme.
The end credits appear over views of the Leighton Rees, Cliff Lazarenko semi-final.
