Title: Exchange
Day One
Showing only part of his face, a man makes a telephone call from a public payphone arranging a met. He returns the receiver to the cradle before leaving and walking into a public park, this time only his legs and feet feature. A woman driving a Fiat Punto pulls up to the curb. As she makes her way into and through the park, she is intercut with man who is also making his way to their rendezvous.
Now in full focus the man stands on a bridge holding a video cassette box under his arm, he looks at his watch before seeing the woman approaching. She comes to stand beside him, and they begin to discuss an exchange with the woman asking for a sample. He opens the video cassette case before giving it to her. The agree to meet up again tomorrow for the full exchange before walking away in separate directions.
Title: Day Two
Now carrying a briefcase, the man walks past a pond full of birds and along a path. The woman follows shortly behind also carrying a briefcase with the two of them meeting again on the bridge. Nervously the man attempts to exchange his briefcase with hers, but she suggests they find somewhere to sit.
As they head off together through the park, someone watches them through a pair of binoculars. They walk down a set of steps coming to sit at a metal picnic table. The cases are exchanged, and just before they open them a second man jumps out and arrests the man. She looks on coldly and unemotional as he shouts at her for betraying him. She relies ‘you killed my sister’ with the film ending on him been taken away leaving her along on the bench with the briefcases.
