The cargo ship Leda moored along a foggy quayside, writing about a quayside building reads ‘England-Norway’. A large spruce Christmas tree is winched off the boat onto the back of a M.H. Southern and Co Ltd flatbed lorry with the top of the tree overhanging the drivers cabin. With the tree in place, it is secured with rope. The driver gets into the cab and drives away tree through Newcastle.
