The firm started to work with Sunderland ARC early in 2002. The film shows a busy open style office. The commentary states that the company will assist Sunderland ARC in the development of 5 key areas. A yellow line outlines the areas in 5 different static aerial images near the River Wear. They include Groves, Farringdon Row, Sunniside, Stadium Park and Sheepfolds and the University.

Another aerial view of the Groves site accompanies the summary of future development. A view shows a riverbank side view of an isolated industrial warehouse or factory building. A bridge will be built from the site to the north bank of the river. General views of sites along the river reinforce the commentator’s explanation of the role that Faithful and Gould in supporting Sunderland ARC.

The idea is to generate a mixed use environment while acknowledging the history of this part of the city with its 19th century architecture.
