The film begins with what appear to be the filmmaker's feet, possibly filmed accidently. In a swimming pool three fully clothed girls perform a life-saving maneuverer to create a flotation devise from the wet cloths. Several girls watch as they perform a mock rescue of another girl carefully moving her towards the pools edge.
Two girls in canoes paddle around the pool before doing several rolls, a third girl swims nearby. Along the poolside a crowd watch as a girl perform life-saving routine to remove water from the lungs.
Nine girls perform a synchronised diving routine into the pool. Three of the girls dive into the water from a diving board, the other leap through the legs of a tenth girl who is standing on her head along the poolside. Crowds watch from the sides as three of the girls perform a synchronised swimming routine in the pool. More lifesaving and canoe rolling in the pool.
The crowd applauds and the film ends on the girls seen previous perform another synchronised diving routine.
