Before the bazaar, visitors watch a performance by children taking place on a stage. Following the performance crowds wonder past tables laid out with good and game stalls being manned by Brownies and Cubs. In an anti-room, teas are served by Girl Guides and visitors sit around tables enjoying it. Inside the St Martin Institute a large, seated crowd watch as children perform a play on a stage. The performance ends, the crowd applauds. Crowds wonder past various stall selling a selection of foods, jams and preserves. A display or stall run by Girl Guides which feature items hanging down in front of a screen. Large crowds of women gather around tables looking at the items for sale. At a buffet table several older women place items on their paper plates, in an anti-room more Girl Guides bring our trays tea which are served to the people seated at various tables. People sit around the tables happily chatting over the food as more people arrive.
