An amateur film produced by Ken Ellwood of the Rolls-Royce Enthusiast’s Club 2nd North of England Rally taking place in the grounds of Harewood House in West Yorkshire on Sunday, 26th July, 1981. She smiles at the camera, behind her Roll Royce vehicles on display in a large field. She carefully polishes the metalwork on the front of one of the Rolls Royce on display.
A couple look over a blue open top Rolls Royce from behind a rope barrier, Deborah comes over a looks over the vehicle as well. She follows a roped pathway to a Rolls Royce Silver Ghost (Reg: FY 718) which she looks over. The owner of another red coloured open-top Silver Ghost (Reg: LC 7507) works on a tyre while spectators look over it. Next to it a family sit beside their white open top Rolls Royce (Reg: XL 2354) enjoying a picnic as visitors walk past. Two brass plates below the windshield of the red coloured car seen previously identifies it as ‘Duchess’ which was once owned by the author Rudyard Kipling. Another family enjoy a picnic beside their vehicle (Reg: NS 1480).
Deborah looks over and gets into a blue colour modern Rolls Royce, she sits at in the driver’s seat smiling at the camera. Visitors continue to look over the cars on display, a man and boy see the camera and the man smiles. Deborah looks around another red hardtop Rolls Royce, crowds continue to enjoy looking over at the many cars on display with their owners sitting on deckchairs nearby. In the background Harewood House.
Two men work together to start one of the Silver Ghosts while on a showground a crowd watches as a series of vintage Rolls Royce vehicles are drive slowly past.
