Standing nearby members of the Skipton Band and men dressed as the Black and White Minstrels come out of a house. Parked nearby the Burrell General Purpose Traction Engine ‘Deborah’.
Four of The White Helmets drives off on a motorbike as the Skipton Band prepares to depart accompanied by the men dressed as the Black and White Minstrels. The band marches into Skipton where on the corner of Swadford and High Street Santa stands atop The White Helmets motorcycle surrounded by other riders. Crowds line the route as The they make their way along the High Street followed behind by the traction engine ‘Deborah’ with Ken Ellwood at the controls.
‘Deborah’ is now parked off the High Street as crowds wonder past, some looking the engine over. Nearby a vintage car and the Skipton Band performing. Skipton’s Mayor in mayoral chains stands beside Ken on the footplate of ‘Deborah’. The film ends on him posing at the controls of the traction engine.
