Several individuals have a false tooth fitted in their mouths with a plate which are shown to the camera.

A man and woman have crowns fitted, a boy has his front teeth extracted and two women have braces either fitted or adjusted. Several individuals have a false tooth fitted in their mouths with a plate which are shown to the camera.
A drowsy man sits in a dentist chair, a pair of hands opens his mouth to reveal a damaged and partially missing tooth. A probe is used to examine the area followed by a drill to remove the remaining damaged tooth.
A dental implant has been fitted into the man’s jaw and a crown mould is inserted with putty or glue oozing out. After a moment the mould is removed, and the impression shown to the camera. Another mould is fitted into the man’s mouth, but quickly removed. A third impression is made, this time of the man’s mouth and bite. The mould of the crown is inserted into the impression of the mouth to see if it fits.
Still holding the impression, the dentist’s hands insert the crown into gap in the man’s mouth. The new crown is then sealed, a probe used to clean off any excess sealant. With his new crown fitted he smiles at the camera showing the new tooth.
A drowsy girl sits in the dentist chair, one of her front teeth is broken, she smiles revealing dental braces which she removes from her mouth. The dentist’s hands insert a new or altered brace into the girl’s mouth. Possibly filmed sometime later the girl stands against a painted background and removes the braces smiling and laughing at the camera. Close ups of her mouth as she turns her head to the left and right.
A young boy sits in the dentist’s chair, his eyes closed as the dentist injects a local anaesthetic into his upper jaw. With the anastatic presumably working the dentist forces a pair of extraction plyers into boy’s jaw pulling on one of the teeth which comes out along with the root.
Another girl wearing a school blazer sits in the dentist’s chair. She turns her head to the left and smiles as she turns her head back. The face on another young boy or girl sitting in the chair, they have a large scratch on the side of their face and one of the front teeth is broken.
A man with a beard smiles, with his eyes closed, revealing his teeth for the camera. He opens his eyes turning his head towards camera revealing stained teeth. The man removes a false tooth with plate from his mouth and puts it back in again.
Another man sits in the dentist’s chair, he has a missing front tooth. He puts a false tooth and plate into his mouth filling the gap. The sequence is repeated with the camera much closer to the mouth.
Another boy sits in the dentist’s chair, he smiles revealing his teeth and gums. A young woman follows smiling at the camera before removing her dental braces. She holds it in her hand before putting it back into her mouth. She turns her head to the left showing the teeth around which the braces are fitted.
The dentist’s hands hold a mouth mould showing the teeth impressions to the camera changing to another young boy in the dentist’s chair smiling for the camera. As he smiles his teeth and gums are revealed.
A young woman sits in the dentist’s chair, her smile revealing damaged front teeth. A pair of forceps hold part of the lower jaw while the woman’s hands lift her upper lip revealing the damaged teeth have been removed and implants in place ready for crowns. A second young woman sits in the chair, she holds her upper lip up to reveal two broken front teeth. The film returns to the first woman with implants in her upper jaw now with new crowns fitted.
A semi-conscious boy in the dental chair has a crown mould removed from his mouth. The film ends with his crown being fitted.
