In a field three men on motorcycles speed off around a laid-out course. They come to a stop beside rubber rings with each rider picking up and placing something into their mouths before speeding off again. Around the course spectators watching the race. A group of boy play, nearby more spectators standing beside a banner with the word ‘National’ written on it.
A motorcycle with two riders pulls up beside a tarpaulin laid out on the grass, one of the men jumps off and begins crawling under the tarpaulin while his partner rides the bike to the far end. Behind them a second motorbike pulls up and also one of two men riding it jumps off and begins to crawl under the tarpaulin. The first man appears at the other end and gets onto the waiting bike, the second man appears and jumps onto the bike.
A man roll a type around the course with their hand, behind him a second man on motorcycles following behind. The man pushing the type now in a sack hops around the course watched by a crowd of spectators.
In a caravan three drinking tea, nearby two others with the older woman appearing to be sorting clothes. Outside the caravan a small girl sits in a chair drinking tea. A young woman appears from the caravan changing to her sitting on a deckchair; Margaret stands next to the caravan still holding her cup of tea.
In a field several cows, on the other side of the stone wall houses and a farm.
