Phantom car ride passed a number of police vehicles. Reporter Tony Cook attempts to speak with someone with regards damage to Prince Charles’ car, the prince’s security officers try to prevent filming refusing to answer any questions. A senior police officer comes over and asks the cameraman to stop filming of the damage car which can be seen being worked on in the distance.

The driver of Prince Charles car comes over and attempts to prevent the cameraman from filming the damaged car. He refused to answer any of Tony Cooks questions on the incident by simply answering with ‘no comment’.
Tony Cook attempts to ask Prince Charles about the incident as he leaves another appointment. One member of the prince’s security teams stands in front of the camera as the prince gets into his car and is driven away.
Tony Cooks speaks Sir Stanley Bailey, Chief Constable of Northumbria Police with regards the incident at the Freeman Hospital where an empty lemonade bottle was thrown at the prince’s car and the person who has been arrested.
