A darkened stage the curtains drawn. Music begins to play, and the curtain opens to reveal a troupe of performers who sing a song to the audience. Following this introduction, a variety of song and dance routines performed to music by children and young adults of various ages. The youngest members of the school come onto the stage dressed as Teletubbies and sing and dance to the programmes opening theme, the girls appear later doing tap dancing while the boys do a routine around Laurel and Hardy. Some of the older pupils recreate scenes from well known plays and films including Titanic and Chicago.
A woman appears on stage and gives directions to several small children dressed for wedding-themed routine in front of the closed curtains. After a short interval the curtains open again, and the performers recreate a scene from the musical Les Miserables followed by Saturday Night Fever and sing and dance to other disco hits. The full cast appear on stage for the final bow, the curtains close.
