Powerlines for a trolley bus changes to a conductor on a double-decker trolley bus scrolling through its various destinations. Another trolley bus travelling through North Ormesby stops, reverses along another street, and drives back along the road it came. Filmed around Teesside trolley-buses travel around the area along various streets and roads as well as coming and going from their depots.

A maintenance tow truck pulls a former Teesside Municipal Transport double-decker trolley-bus through a yard. Phantom car ride along a street following the tolley-bus seen previous plus a second also being towed past ‘The Queen’ public house.
Two diesel powered double-decker buses are parked up behind of the two trolley-bus, the second trolley-bus is towed past followed by a police motorcycle escort. As it passes the others begin to move off under their own power. One of the trolley-buses with livery along the side reading ’52 Years of Trolley Bus Service Ends on the 4th April 1971’ is towed along a country road, behind two diesel powered buses.
From the top-deck of one of the buses the convey of buses travel around a roundabout. The convoy makes several turns, a police motorcycle at each junction holds back other traffic.
A convoy of four buses, the two trolley-buses being towed, travel along a dual carriageway escorted by two police motorcycles. The two trolley-buses pull up beside each other outside a building along a busy road. Phantom bus ride again with the trolley-buses back on the road again.
The two trolley-buses pull up to a junction followed by them being driven through a suburban area past several men standing on the pavement taking photographs.
Five Teesside Municipal Transport buses are parked up beside each other, people wonder around looking over the vehicles. A man stands behind the ‘500 Group’ trade stand selling memorabilia, behind them other buses from around the country. One of the Teesside trolley-bus drives past, it’s cables attached to powerlines on the site. Men with camera film or photograph it as it passes. It drives around the site past other vehicles and spectators followed part of the way by a second vehicle. The film ends with both vehicles leave the site turning onto a main road.
