Sitting at a table a young girl eats a meal from a plate, she picks up her drink and smiles. Around the marquee guests continue to mingle, many now with plates of food while children sit around tables eating. A woman speaks with a vicar sitting at one table. A young woman has a small child sitting on her lap, she helps the child eat its food.
Outside the marquee a man with a film camera records the event, people continue to chat and enjoy their food. Two small boys play together on grass beside parked cars, back inside the marquee the happy couple stands beside the best man and the bride’s father who is making a speech. The best-man makes his speech, reading from notes. The wedding cake is revealed, and the couple cut it together. Children sit around the table waiting for their piece to be cut.
Guests gather outside the marquee as a black London taxi pulls up with the happy couple inside. An ‘L’ plate has been put on the front of the vehicle toilet paper has been thrown over it. Someone begins to shake the car before it begins to pull away, the bride waving as it heads off along a road
A small girl smiles while holds a bouquet of red flowers, guests go back to chatting.
