The third and final camera roll filmed by Dennis Wompra showing aerial views on the construction site for RAF fylingdales on Snod Hill in the North Yorkshire Moors National Park. The film features views of a number of partially constructed buildings as well as the extensive roadways built to and around the site. The final part of the film features the arrival of a group of men at the construction site including several senior American army officers. From an aircraft flying over views of a construction site below. A number of structures are partially built including two circular buildings and one larger structure with an extensive steel frame. A gravel road leads into the site diverging into two which goes around the location. A number of wooden barrack building are also built beside several large pieces of heavy machinery and cranes. Away from the main site what appear to be three circular foundations with smaller roads leading to them. From a distance a more extensive view of the roadways and tracks leading to and from the site with construction work taking place around the area. An RAF helicopter takes off and flies low over open moorland. A group of men, several in American army officer uniforms, get out of three cars and stand chatting. The film ends with them walking off across the moors.
