A short amateur film produced by the Newcastle & District Amateur Cinematographers’ Association (ACA) of a Christmas dinner in which members sit around a table enjoying their meal and talking happily. The meal is inter-cut with that of a small child standing beside a decorative Christmas tree who is eventually given a toy hanging on the tree by James Cameron Snr, President of the ACA. A small child stands underneath a decorated Christmas tree holding a wooden toy horse. On the tree alongside other decorations several wooden toy figures. Around a long table lit by candles a group of well-dressed men and women enjoy conversation over their meal, one of those at the table is Doris Graham wearing a fur-lined dress. The child, not sitting on a chair beside the tree looks at the camera and plays with his toy, at the table a waitress clears plates as people continue to chat over coffee. The child continues to sit on the chair as those around the table finish their meals. The film ends with James Cameron Snr coming over, taking a wooden figure from the tree and giving it to the child.
