A car drives over and pulls up beside a man holding a note pad. He speaks with the driver before the car drives of. Another car pulls up, Sylvia Harding at the wheel. She speaks with the driver before pulling away and turning out of the car park onto the road. Several other cars drive up, speak with the marshal before heading off. The marshal speaks with another young woman at the controls of her vehicle.
Beside a country road a large house. One-by-one each of the cars briefly pulls up beside the house before driving off again. Sylvia pulls up a little distance away from the house and walks back to look at it.
A Morris Minor estate car pulls up beside the driveway leading into a large country estate. It reverses back where a second car is parked along the verge. A nearby sign reads ‘Keep of the Grass’, beside a set of large iron gates a gatekeeper cottage. One car pulls away as another pulls up.
A car drives down a long county road, at a junction two cars have stopped beside a cross or memorial. A nearby road sign for the B6343 points towards Scotsgap and Cambo.
A man canoes along a river, possibly the River Tyne. He wears a number 8 sash.
The film ends with the cars coming along a track passing the marshal who is waiting for them there.
