General views of Ullswater with mountains in the background. On the edge of the lake two boys carry their canoe from the water. Beside a ruin the others watch as a second canoe comes out of the water and is loaded onto a rack. A bright yellow lorry arrives as the boys change out of their wet clothing. The film ends with the boys hiking away along a track.
