A home movie made by David and Joe Brunskill of a gymkhana believed to be taking place in the village of Heighington near Darlington. The film ends with a woman at the seaside.
The film opens during an equestrian event showing a man on horseback jumping a series of obstacles watched by crowds sitting in the stands or around the showground.
A number of horses and riders wait nearby behind a number of marquees, one female rider is dressed as a Native American with a feather in her hair. A number of riders ride their horses in a circle near the entrance to the showground. A woman in red walks past and a horse is lead away.
On the showground, another male competitor jumps a series of obstacles followed by views of another man climbing onto his horse nearby.
On a smaller circuit, a horse makes a number of smaller jumps, possibly part of a warm up routine. A horse and rider trot off towards the showground and a couple and the woman in red seen previously walk past. The film ends with a woman standing along a seafront promenade.
