Presented by the foundation's patron Jack Charlton the film shows pupils at the school playing a game of power chair soccer in a sports hall. The current facilities are inadequate, and the wish by Percy Hedley is to give the pupils "a sporting chance," to develop in the sport with the creation of a specialist sports centre that would allow for the formation of a national and international squad to take part in competitive competitions. Interviews with Alan Harrison the teach coach, Jim Ferris, Chief Executive of the Percy Hedley Foundation as well as pupils at the centre who are currently involved in the sport.
