A close-up follows of the boy’s knees, then of his pelvis. Next, he stands with the aid of a walking frame and then stands without the frame. He then walks towards the camera using the walking frame for support. He turns and walks away from the camera to where he started. He then walks towards the camera without support but falls. He tries again but loses his balance. The film ends with a very brief view of the boy using the walking frame again.
