After an indistinct view of someone’s head, it changes to a back view of a man playing table tennis. The light in the room is insufficient to see his opponent properly. Two other men play a game of darts nearby; the dartboard is placed on top of a cupboard and leans against the wall, the table tennis players perilously close to the flight path of the darts! On the other side of the room, a young man in a wheelchair listens to a record player. Other members of the club sit in chairs or stand as they pose for the camera. A young man and a girl in a wheelchair sit at a table where they drink coffee or tea and eati biscuits. [dark indistinct section] The next section of the film shows others sitting around a table drinking tea or coffee. Another close view of the top of a man’s head is followed by a view of, two young boys scrambling over loose rocks. A brief view of a young girl walking over the rocks is cut to of an access road at Percy Hedley School showing a young man in a wheelchair being pushed by a young woman towards the camera. Following that, a young boy is pushed at speed by a girl. Two wheelchair users are pushed around the playground by staff. One girl gets support from two others as she walks across the playground. Nearby a boy rides a tricycle in reverse. He appears on camera again and stops Another young woman, possibly a member of staff, pushes one of the wheelchair users seen earlier across the playground. An older boy on a larger tricycle smiles at the camera as he rides past. A man and woman get out of their Ford Popular in the school car park, the man carries a young boy in his arms. A member of school staff comes to meet them. The film cuts to three girls sitting on chairs outside near a school doorway. The girl in the centre of the group was assisted with her walking earlier in the film by the two girls who sit either side of her. The two assistants appear to be wearing school ties. The film ends as a wheelchair user seen earlier is pushed across the playground, the young boy on the tricycle also seen earlier rides nearby.
