The film opens with shots of boy scouts at camp. Some are making food, and specifically, one of the boys is frying sausages on a camp fire. Now dressed in uniform and while saluting, the scouts raise the Union Jack in the field where they are camping. There are good views of their uniforms and the rest of the camp behind them. The boys drink Jubbly Orange Drink which one of them holds up close to the camera. They then proceed to play games, go on rafts and cross streams, and have raft races. The film closes in the evening where the scouts are now preparing for tea.
