There is a handover of the flag in front of the large crowd followed by a march across the field. A man at the front carries a baton, and he is followed by a pipe band. They halt and stand to attention, the Warrant Officer then presents the colours. The procession leaves the ground headed by the pipe band that walks around the whole pitch to before leaving.
Late in Otley village a march past takes place, Air Commodore Sydney Smith takes the salute in Manor. Soldiers, led by a pipe band, march off followed by ex-servicemen. The public surrounds the area. The men halt and an inspection takes place as the Commodore walks slowly past each soldier occasionally talking to some of them. The film closes back at the field where the squadron parade once more.
