They are wearing purple blazers and white hats and are followed by floats: Indian reservation, children all dressed up, winter wonderland, windmill road Amsterdam. The vantage point is from further away, but the filmmaker captures all the floats as they go buy. There are children, huge model boats, good views of an English country garden, all little toddlers as flowers, somewhere over the rainbow good close up of little girls. Additionally there are clear shots that show all the hard work and beautiful costumes that the children wear on this sunny day.
