A man at a stall lays out magazines along table, and he holds a small sign which reads 'Magazines for sale 6d or exchange 3d - Books for hire'. A man then flicks through a magazine - several shots of other people doing so. A close up of a magazine reads, 'and a special page announcement', above this, a woman poses in a bikini and there are close ups of other scantily clad women. A woman with a rounded hat chats while another man attaches some film to a spool, winding it round. Men then gather to look a reel, and the final close with a shot that shows the man walking towards the camera with a basin of liquid, possibly used to develop the film.
