A nice film taken by a local headmaster from a primary school in Barnsley, South Yorkshire that takes in many views of the village and the church- St Mary's as well as a group of people on a country walk.
The film opens in the Lake District, and we see the recognisable landscape of hills and lakes. Moving on in Worsborough, a panning shot moves across the village streets to the Church- an important focal point of the village.
The film then cuts to show a long shot of Lindesfarne, and as the tide is coming in, the cameraman manages to capture the bus going back to Newcastle just making it across the causeway. Following on scenes at the family home show the children playing cricket together before the film closes with good views of a bride, groom and guests exit St Mary's after the ceremony to pose for the camera and guests to throw confetti.
