This film contains footage of a sports day; a field is full of children who sit and stand around while some adults walk around talking to them. They take part in a variety of races including the six-legged race and a race where two people run along while back to back. Some scouts stand at a microphone and talk to a crowd and following this, a man is on a stage performing for the children.
