Description This is a film made by Derrick Walton of the Spalding flower parade in Lincolnshire on 6th May, 1967.
The film begins at the start of the flower parade, with lots of colourful and imaginative floats completely decorated with flowers. One float shows World Cup Willy. They assemble on a green. The crowd looks around the marquees, and the parade sets off. One float has Alf Garnett as a theme. There are others promoting various businesses, and a marching highland band, followed by a Scout's band. The film finishes showing the float for Boston FE College.
