Working together they rescue fake passengers from a de-railed passenger train transferring them to a nearby hospital for treatment.

Title: Disaster!
A man working along a railway track uses a telephone speaking with another man in a railway control room.
Two police cars and a police motorbike speed along a road. A telephone receiver is picked up and firemen come down a pole, get into their fire engines and drives out of the station. A police car followed by an ambulance arrive at a hospital. A number of West Yorkshire County Council ambulances pull away from the hospital.
Along a railway track a derailed passenger carriage and an ambulance man tend to a wounded passenger. Police officers help other passengers out of the carriage and to safety. A fire engine and ambulance speed along a road while back at the crash site passengers are led past a fire by the police who are also helping other from the train.
A fire engine and two police cars arrive at the scene, firemen begin attaching hoses to their engine. More tenders arrive and firemen walk along the now smoke filled rail track. While some of them work to put out fires others rest ladders against a carriage in readiness to help those still inside.
A number of ambulances as well as other fire engines speed along a road arriving at the crash site. Along the track fire and ambulance men tend to the wondering taking away some on stretchers, while the walking-wounded are helped to an ambulance.
Inside a carriage firemen work to free a trapped passenger who is removed and taken away on a stretcher. A senior policeman co-ordinates the disaster efforts from a police caravan. Back at the track bodies are covered and information recorded on clipboards. A number of ambulances leave the site heading to a hospital with a police escort. On arrival doctors and nurses unload a stretchered patient.
Back on site more ambulances arrive and park up in readiness for patients as firemen and doctors work to free passengers and to provide medical care. A number of patients are helped into waiting bus which is driven away arriving at the hospital. They get off as an ambulance arrives and the stretchered patient is taken into the hospital by waiting medical staff and wheeled along a corridor into a treatment room.
A large railway crane arrives on site watched by two senior police officers. Another patient is taken away on a stretcher, loaded into an ambulance and taken away to hospital.
On site workmen make the train safe smashing broken windows before the large crane turns a carriage over onto its side.
The film changes to before the events of the simulation where make-up artists put on fake blood and scars onto volunteers who will be playing patients during this exercise. On site the volunteers climb off a bus and co-ordinators place them in their assigned spaces. The film ends with a passenger train speeding along a railway track.
